This page shows how a responsive sticky signup form made with Arigato Gozaimasu works. In most cases you will probably want to use the responsive sticky bar shortcode inside a widget in your sidebar or footer so it is shown on every page on your site.
For the purpose of this demo we have added it in a single page.
